Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Mix both with strained tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.
Spread tomato sauce on the flatbread. Grate cheese over it. Drizzle with oil and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4) for 7-8 minutes.
Clean, wash and shake dry the arugula. Spread on the finished pizza with ham and olives.
