Ingredients

  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) Vegetable maize (drained weight 140 g)
  • 1 package (400 g) Fresh dough "Pizza dough"
  • 1/2 package (100 g) strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 6 discs Kasseler cold cuts
  • 100 g Pizza cheese

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the corn on a sieve. Halve the pizza dough and roll out to a circle of (approx. 18-20 cm).

    Season the strained tomatoes with salt and oregano and spread on the pizza. Cover with tomato slices, spring onions, corn and halved slices of smoked pork. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.
