Dissolve the espresso powder and sugar in 100 ml of boiling water and allow to cool. In the meantime whip cream until stiff. Fill up espresso with milk and pour into glasses. Approximately half of the chocolate sauce run down the inside of the glasses with a small spoon, so that a striped pattern is created. Pour cream into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Spray the icing on the latte and draw the rest of the chocolate sauce in strips over the cream
