Ingredients

  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Flatbread or farmhouse bread
  • 5-6 Tbsp Oil
  • 4-5 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1/2-1 small lettuce
  • some stem(s) Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp or parsley
  • 50 g Olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic. Cut bread into 2-3 cm cubes. Fry with garlic in 1-2 tbsp. hot oil in a coated pan until crispy all around. Take out. Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat 4 tbsp. oil into it

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Clean or peel and wash the vegetables. Halve cucumber lengthwise and cut into pieces. Chop tomatoes and peppers. Clean, wash and pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash the mint and cut finely, except for a little bit for garnishing.

    Mix prepared salad ingredients and olives. Pour marinade over it, let it stand for a short time. Mix in bread. Garnish with rest of mint and lemon
