Mix milk, honey and eggs until smooth. Then pass through a fine sieve and distribute into fireproof moulds. Place the moulds on the fat pan of the oven. Pour up to 2/3 of the water into the pan.
Leave in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 100 °C/ circulating air: 75 °C/ gas: unsuitable) for about 1 1/2 hours. Then sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve with the fruits as desired
