Bee sting apple

Ingredients

  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 50 g Hazelnut flakes
  • 2 Apples (about 200 g each, e.g. Elstar)
  • 250 g Vanilla pudding in a cup

Directions

    For the bee sting crust, boil butter, sugar, cream and hazelnut flakes

    Wash apples, cut in half, remove core. Spread the pudding into the apple halves. Spread bee sting crust on the halves

    Place the apples in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Arrange the finished apples on plates
