Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Icing sugar
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 30 g Dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp yellow and green food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful sugar beads, colourful sugar and sugar stars
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper
  • 3 Paper piping bags

Directions

    Sift flour onto a wooden board. Press a depression in the middle. Put eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in the middle. Put butter in flakes on the rim. Mix the ingredients to a smooth dough.

    Cover the dough and chill for about 30 minutes. On a floured work surface, roll out approx. 2 mm thin and cut out various shapes (e.g. moose, locomotives, stars, Santa Clauses, boots and cars). Knead the remaining dough again and cut out further motifs. Spread on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes. Take out and let cool down. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice to a glaze, spread on 3 bowls. Colour 2 parts of the icing with yellow and green. For the dark chocolate icing, chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath.

Decorate the biscuits with icing, sugar stars, sugar pearls and decorative sugar and let them set
