  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 100 g Almond slivers
  • 50 g ready-to-bake poppy seed mixture
  • 4 Apples (about 200 g each, e.g. Elstar)
  • 30 g Butter

Directions

    For the filling, coarsely grate the marzipan. Chop 40 g almond slivers. Knead marzipan, chopped almonds and poppy seed mixture. Wash the apples and cut out the core. Spread the marzipan filling into the apples. Pierce the apples all around with a shish kebab skewer

    Place the apples in an ovenproof dish. Spread butter on the apples. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes
