Double Choco Cookies

Ingredients

  • 75 g + 50 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g Milk chocolate
  • 60 g soft butter
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 P. Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 coated Tsp Cocoa
  • baking paper

Directions

    Break 75 g dark chocolate into pieces. Coarsely chop the rest of the chocolate. Melt the chocolate pieces in a hot water bath, let them cool down for about 5 minutes

    Cream butter, sugar, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt. First stir in ##egg##, then liquid chocolate. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa, stir in briefly. Fold in chopped chocolate

    Using 2 teaspoons, place 15 small heaps of food at a sufficient distance from each other on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper and press them slightly flatter. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: level 2) for about 12 minutes. Let them cool down
