Ingredients

  • 50 g Cashew nuts
  • 150 g pitted dried dates
  • 250 g Double cream cheese
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON spicy mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Roast the cashews in a pan for about 3 minutes. Finely chop the dates. Finely puree cream cheese, milk, mustard, curry and dates. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.

    Arrange dip in a bowl. Coarsely chop the cashew nuts and sprinkle over them. Crackers taste good with it.
