Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Stem/s Mint
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 50 ml Pomegranate syrup
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the mint, shake dry and chop finely. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

    Mix tomato paste, syrup, oil and the prepared ingredients. Marinate the grilled food in it for approx. 3 hours. Shortly before grilling, remove the barbecue food from the marinade, dab dry and season with salt.
