Ingredients

  • 1 Decoration set "Christmas muffins (from Schwartau)
  • 100 g soft butter/margarine
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, 1 tsp citro-back (ready grated. lemon peel)
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 60 g Hazelnut brittle
  • 150 g Icing sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Place 8-10 muffin cups (on the set) on a baking tray or in a muffin tray. Preheat the oven: Electric stove: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/ gas: stage 3. Stir fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and citro-back creamy. Stir in the eggs. Mix flour, baking powder and spices (a. d. Set), stir in. Stir in chocolate drops (as per set) and brittle, up to 1 tablespoon each. Fill the dough into the moulds. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Let everything cool down

    Stir icing sugar and juice to make the icing. Put half of it into another container, stir in some green food colouring (from the set). Spread the muffins with green and white icing as desired. Decorate them with sweets (from the set) and the rest brittle, let them dry

    Cut 1 slit in each muffin and insert the wafers (from the set)
