Roast the oat flakes and almonds one after the other in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take them out and let them cool down. Finely dice the apricots and mix with the oat flakes and almonds. Coat a large piece of aluminium foil with oil. Melt the sugar in a pan over medium heat and let it caramelize.
Deglaze with orange juice and heat until all the caramel has dissolved. Add the apricot mixture and stir quickly. Remove from the heat and immediately place about 30 small heaps on the oiled aluminium foil with 2 teaspoons. Leave to cool and place in cuffs. Results in approx. 30 pieces
