Ingredients

  • 150 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g white couverture
  • 50 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 375 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 3 TSP Cocoa powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Melt the fat and let it cool down for about 5 minutes. Finely chop the white and dark chocolate coating. Mix eggs and cream. Stir sugar, vanillin sugar, salt and finally the egg cream into the fat. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Halve the dough.

    Stir the cocoa and light chocolate chips into one half and dark chocolate chips into the other half. Line 3 trays with baking paper. Using 2 teaspoons, place approx. 15 dough blobs on each tray, press slightly flat. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-17 minutes. Cookies are still a little soft when you take them out of the oven. Let the cookies cool down on a cake rack
