Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Orange lemonade (e.g. Fanta)
  • 150 g Icing sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp yellow and red food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp fruit jelly and gum in orange and lemon form

Directions

    Cream fat, sugar and salt. Stir in eggs one after the other. Sift flour and baking powder and stir in. Stir in lemonade. Pour the dough into a greased doughnut tray (12 rings, each approx. 7 cm Ø, approx. 60 ml content). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Place the tray on a cake rack, remove the fanta rings after 5 minutes.

    Leave to cool. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice to a smooth glaze, halve the glaze. Colour one half yellow, the other half orange with yellow and red. Dribble onto the cakes. Cut jelly fruits into small pieces. Press fruit pieces and fruit gum into the fresh icing. Let dry
