Ingredients

  • 1 portion of basic dough
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam

    Knead one half of the dough with cocoa. Roll out both dough pieces separately on a floured surface. Cut out large and small hearts and stars. Form dough remains into thin rolls and twist into black and white cords.

    Bake everything in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Warm up the jam. Spread the small biscuits from the bottom and place them on top of the larger biscuit. For 30 pieces
