Currant and lime punch with mint

Ingredients

  • 100 g red currants
  • 2 Limes
  • 4 Stem(s) Mint
  • 2 (each 0.75 l) Bottles of cider (apple wine)
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of semi-dry white wine
  • 100 ml Cassis liqueur

Directions

    Rinse berries, drain. Rinse limes hot, grate dry and cut into thin slices. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck some leaves from the stalks

    Put lime slices, berries and mint in a bowl. Fill up with cider, white wine and cassis and let it stand for about 1 hour

    Waiting time approx. 1 hour
