Ingredients

  • 4 Organic limes
  • 4 TSP demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
  • 160 ml Aperol
  • 2 small bottles of cold tonic water

Directions

    Wash limes hot, dab dry and cut into small pieces. Divide limes with sugar into 4 glasses and crush them lightly with a wooden pestle. Add crushed ice and aperol. Stir with a long-stemmed spoon, add tonic water and serve immediately.
