Ingredients

Servings: 450
  • 300 g berry residues or 200 g mixed berries
  • 150 g Candy sugar
  • 400 ml Gin

Directions

    Add berry remains (from jam, or 200 g mixed berries) and rock candy with gin. Close glass or pot as tightly as possible and let it stand in a cool and dark place for about 2 weeks.

    Pour the liqueur through a very fine sieve and pour into a bottle.
