Crunchy salad with turkey strips (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp :
  • 7-10 Tbsp peeled onion
  • 6-8 cleaned radishes
  • 1 (approx. 25 g) small slice of Gouda cheese
  • 100 g cleaned romaine lettuce
  • 1 TEASPOON grainy mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON light salad cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of sweetener
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) thin turkey breast
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 disc (60 g) wholemeal bread or 1 wholemeal roll

Directions

    Chop or slice the onion into thin rings. Cut radishes into quarters. Cut gouda into fine sticks, salad into strips. For the vinaigrette, mix mustard, salad cream and yoghurt. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, pepper and sweetener. Wash the schnitzel, dab dry

    Heat the oil in a small coated pan. Fry the escalopes in it at medium heat on each side for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and cut into strips. Mix radish, salad and onion.

    Arrange on a small plate. Spread turkey strips and cheese on top. Pour sauce over it. Eat bread with it
