Green salad with gorgonzola

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small radicchio
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 small onions
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 2 (approx. 150 g) slabs of rustic bread
  • 4 TABLESPOONS apple juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple slices

Directions

    Clean and wash the radicchio and lamb's lettuce and drain well. Pluck the radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Dice Gorgonzola

    Heat the fat in a frying pan. Roughly dice the bread and fry it until golden brown all around, take it out

    Mix apple juice and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in the oil

    Arrange radicchio, lamb's lettuce, onions and cheese on plates. Drizzle salad dressing over them. Sprinkle with hazelnut leaves and croutons. Garnish with apple slices
