Peel garlic and chop very finely. Peel onion and cut into rings. Mix vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Toast bread until golden brown and cut into cubes. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut into thin slices.
Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash dill, dab dry and chop. Cut cheese into thicker slices and halve or cut into thirds as desired. Arrange cucumber, tomatoes, onions and cheese on plates, pour vinaigrette over them and sprinkle with bread cubes and dill. Serve garnished with dill flowers as desired
