Crunchy salad with apple and nuts

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 100 g Walnut kernels
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Radicchio
  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1 big apple
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. sunflower oil)

Directions

    Coarsely chop the nuts and roast them in a pan without fat. Take out and let cool down.

    Clean and peel the cucumber. Clean and wash radishes. Cut or slice both into thin slices. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean and wash salads. Halve and cut into thin strips.

    Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into slices.

    Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar. Fold in the oil. Mix prepared salad ingredients and vinaigrette. Leave the salad to stand for only a short time.
