Fast Asian salad with mango

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 150 g Arugula
  • 1 big ripe mango
  • 1 red onion
  • 150 g Feta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, curry
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Sort the arugula, wash, drain well, chop finely. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and dice coarsely. Peel onion, cut into fine strips.

    Crumble the feta roughly.

    For the sauce puree 1 heaped tablespoon mango, lime juice, honey, salt and 1⁄4 TL curry. Add oil and season to taste. Mix with rocket, mango, onion and feta. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
