Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 3 Federation Radishes
  • 1 large bunch of chives

Directions

    Squeeze the lemon. Mix lemon juice, salt and pepper, stir in oil. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into very fine slices (or carefully plane them). Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls.

    Mix chives, radishes and vinaigrette.
