Cream fat and sugar. Stir in salt, rum, eggs, lemon peel and milk. Stir in flour, baking powder and 200 g muesli. Heat the waffle iron and coat with oil. Fill 3 tablespoons of batter into the hot waffle iron and bake in it until golden brown.
To garnish, mix yoghurt, quark, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Serve the waffles with the quark, remaining muesli and maple syrup. Makes about 12 pieces.
