Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 ml cold coffee
  • 4 TABLESPOONS cherry brandy
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream (approx. 50 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chocolate shavings
  • 8 Cherries
  • 7-10 Tbsp some waffles

Directions

    Season coffee with kirsch and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in the vanillin sugar. Pour cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Put 2 scoops of ice cream in a tall glass and fill up with well chilled coffee. Spray a thick layer of cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Decorate with cherries. Add waffles as desired
