Season coffee with kirsch and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in the vanillin sugar. Pour cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Put 2 scoops of ice cream in a tall glass and fill up with well chilled coffee. Spray a thick layer of cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Decorate with cherries. Add waffles as desired
