  • 300 g Buttermilk
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 1/4 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives and parsley

Directions

    Pour buttermilk into a tall container. Wash the herbs, chop roughly, add to the buttermilk and puree. Season with salt and pepper, pour into a glass, garnish with parsley and chives
