Cream cucumber nap

Delicious with Pulled Pork: Fruity Indian chutney or rather spicy Argentinean chimichurri - if you can't decide, just try all five in a row! Here's the recipe for the cream cucumber soup (number 5 on the recipe picture). PS: They also taste great as dips with vegetable sticks, bread or nachos.

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 200 g Gherkins
  • 500 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 200 g Wild cranberries (glass)

Directions

    Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely. Dice the cucumbers finely. Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons cucumber stock, dill and cucumber cubes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir cranberries until smooth, stir in briefly. Sprinkle with dill and cucumber.
