Melon Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small seedless watermelon (à approx. 3 kg)
  • 3-4 Stem/s Mint
  • 400 g Feta
  • 100 ml Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Cut the melon into slices. Cut the flesh from the skin and dice. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and cut finely. Crumble feta coarsely.

    Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Mix melon, feta, mint and vinaigrette.
