Cottage cheese dip with crème fraîche, lime, pumpkin seeds and oil

  • 1 Lime
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Pumpkin seeds
  • 300 g Cottage cheese
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pumpkin seed oil

Directions

    Wash the lime, grate dry and thinly grate half of the peel. Halve lime and squeeze 1/2 lime. Roast pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat

    Mix cottage cheese, crème fraîche and lime zest and season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Fold in pumpkin seeds and oil loosely
