Coloured radish sausage salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Federation Radishes
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 (350 g) Vienna sausage
  • 5-6 (approx. 150 g) Gherkins
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash radishes. Peel onions. Cut radishes, onions, sausages and cucumbers into fine slices. Wash chives, cut into small rolls

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in the oil. Mix with the salad ingredients. Tastes good with fresh farmhouse bread
