Clean the kale, wash thoroughly, drain and coarsely chop. Clean white cabbage, remove outer leaves. Cut cabbage into cubes. Peel and chop potatoes and onions.
Melt the lard, add the onion and fry for 3 minutes until transparent. Fill up with broth and bring to the boil. Add potatoes, kale and white cabbage and simmer for 20-25 minutes at medium heat. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips.
Cut the sausage into pieces. Add the paprika and sausage and cook for the last 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and mustard.
