Ingredients

  • 2 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 5 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 250 g Mett
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 packages (200 g each) Double cream herb cream cheese
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 glass (720 ml/ drainer: 425 g) young, whole carrots

Directions

    Soak rolls in water. Peel onions and garlic. Finely dice 2 onions and garlic, cut remaining onions into rings. minced meat, ground pork, eggs, expressed

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Knead cream cheese and spring onions and form into a 20 cm long roll. Roll out the minced dough flat, place it around the cheese roll and press it down a little.

    Place the meatloaf on the oven's fat pan, rinsed with cold water, and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop.

    Steam onion rings in hot fat until translucent and pour over the meatloaf about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain the carrots and toss in the frying fat of the onions for approx. 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

    Dust the meatloaf with parica powder and arrange on a plate with the carrots.
