Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white beans
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 5 Stem(s) Basil
  • 400 g Wholemeal spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pasta sauce

Directions

    Put the beans in a sieve, rinse and drain. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Clean the mushrooms, wash them briefly if necessary and cut them into slices. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers and zucchini.

    Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the basil, shake dry and chop the leaves finely.

    Cook the pasta in 3-4 l boiling salted water (approx. 1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet. Cook broccoli for the last 3 minutes.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms and peppers for about 3 minutes. Add zucchini and garlic and fry for 2-3 more minutes. Fold in the beans, basil and tomato sauce, bring everything to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and broccoli, put them back into the pot and mix with the sauce. Serve.
