Ingredients

  • 8 Strawberries (about 200 g)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 4 Physalis (Cape gooseberries)
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Marsala (Italian dessert wine)
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 3 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 4 Kebabs

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Peel the kiwi, halve it crosswise and divide it into quarters. Clean the physalis. Put 2 strawberries and 2 kiwi pieces and one physalis on a skewer.

    Mix Marsala with egg, egg yolk and sugar until smooth. Whip to a thick cream on a hot water bath. Pour into glasses and serve. Put fruit skewers on
