1 kg green beans or 600 g princess beans
12-18 discs Bacon
15 g Butter or margarine
1 glass (400 ml) Goose stock
4 TABLESPOONS dark sauce thickener
1 TABLESPOON Fresh cream
7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers and kitchen yarn
