Ciabatta speciale with gorgonzola

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Minute steaks from pork (70-80 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 glass (370 ml) roasted peppers
  • 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 Ciabatta breads
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Rinse steaks if necessary and pat dry. Coat with oil and grill in the preheated contact grill for approx. 2 minutes (or fry in hot oil in the pan for approx. 1 minute on each side). Season with salt and pepper

    Drain the peppers well, cut larger ones into pieces. Dice gorgonzola. Cut bread in half and slice horizontally (do not cut through completely!). Fill with peppers, steaks and gorgonzola

    Grill the breads in the preheated contact grill at medium heat for 5-8 minutes one after the other (or briefly bake in the preheated oven at highest heat until the cheese melts slightly). Arrange and garnish everything
