Ingredients

  • 260 g Coconut oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 225 g Icing sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 60 g Cocoa powder
  • 2 packages (200 g each) Butter biscuits
  • 4 round biscuits (e.g. Prinzenrolle)
  • 1 Hazelnut slices (e.g. Hanuta)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Melt the coconut oil at low heat. Cream eggs, icing sugar, salt and cocoa. Gradually stir in the coconut oil. Line a box form (approx. 24 cm long) with parchment paper. Layer chocolate mixture, except for 3 tablespoons, and butter cookies alternately up to half of the form. Then layer 2 layers of biscuits and chocolate mixture up to the middle of the mould. After that, a 4 cm high layer for the driver's cab.

    Put the mould in a cool place for 3-4 hours. Carefully push the truck out of the mould, remove the paper, cut the cake straight all around. To decorate, attach wheels made of round biscuits, driver's cab with hazelnut slices, windows, headlights and loading area made of sweets with the remaining chocolate mass. Refrigerate again. Dust with icing sugar. Decorate the loading area with small packages or sweets
