Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Chilli pepper, 250 g leek
  • 2 (720 ml each) Glasses Pumpkin
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) kidney beans
  • 1.2 kg mixed mince
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sweet paprika
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes

Directions

    Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Wash, seed and finely chop the chilli. Clean, wash and chop the leek. Drain pumpkin, catch the stock. Rinse beans and drain

    Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Fry onions, garlic, chilli and leek briefly, season. Sweat tomato paste with. Deglaze with about 1/4 l water, tomatoes and 200 ml pumpkin stock and bring to the boil

    Add pumpkin and beans. Cover and stew for about 25 minutes. Season to taste
