Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 1 small green chili pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1/4 TEASPOON ground cilantro
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the chillies, remove the seeds and cut into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Stir cream cheese, garlic, coriander and milk until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and lime juice. Sprinkle chilli rings over the dip and garnish with parsley
