Fry the minced meat in hot oil, turning it for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice onions. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Cut the rolls open, spread the tartar sauce on the lower halves.
Spread prepared ingredients alternately on top and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Moisten the upper halves of the rolls with water and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: 3) for 5-7 minutes. Put the halves of the rolls together. Serve garnished with tomato and parsley
