Minced bread with herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 3 red onions
  • 1.5 kg mixed minced meat
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON dried herb
  • 1 collar Herbs (e.g. parsley and thyme)
  • 100 g Sesame seed hulled
  • baking paper

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely dice the onions, put 2 tablespoons aside. Knead remaining onion cubes, minced onion, squeezed out roll, eggs and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Form about 18 balls from it.

    Wash fresh herbs and chop finely. Turn the balls in sesame and fresh herbs. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that the balls look like a "party sun". Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs and retained diced onions
