Cheese salad with sprouts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS (about 30 g) Radish sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 150 g Gouda cheese (sliced)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Sort the sprouts, clean the salad, wash both and drain well. Clean and wash the radishes. Halve 4 radishes, cut the rest into thin sticks. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Cut cheese slices into wide strips

    For the dressing, mix mustard, vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the dressing. Stir in chives

    Line 4 plates with salad leaves. Arrange cheese strips, sprouts and radish sticks on top. Drizzle with mustard dressing. Garnish with radish halves. Serve with fresh brown bread

    This salad tastes good even with stronger cheeses,

    z. for example with Comté, Appenzeller or Gruyère. For a mild variation: replace the radishes with a kohlrabi and the sprouts with cress
