125 g Grapes
1 (approx. 50 g) Tangerine
50 g Lamb's lettuce
5 g chopped walnuts
2 (20 g) round pumpernickel

For the sauce mix vinegar, salt, pepper and oil

Cut cheese into sticks. Wash the grapes, halve them, remove seeds. Tangerine peel, cut. Clean and wash the salad. Mix everything with nuts. Drizzle with sauce. Add pumpernickel.
