Carrot crêpe

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1 (20 g) go. Tbsp. flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 300 g peeled carrots
  • 1 cleaned
  • 7-10 Tbsp Spring onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) stiff. acid
  • 7-10 Tbsp cream, some cress
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) oil, 1 tsp sunflower seeds

Directions

    Mix egg, flour, 1 pinch of salt. Grate carrots coarsely, cut spring onion into rings. Season with salt, pepper and lemon. Mix cream and cress, season. Stir mineral water into the dough. Bake in hot oil for the crêpe, sprinkle the seeds on top.

    Dress everything.
