Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 300 ml Vegetable stock (glass)
  • 200 g frozen Asian vegetables
  • 30 g smoked turkey breast
  • 2 pickled peppers
  • 1/4 red chilli pepper
  • 1 Coriander stalk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp éventuellement du jus de citron vert

Directions

    Boil the stock. Add vegetables and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Wash the turkey, cut into small cubes and add to the soup. Cut chilli and pepperoni into small rings and add. Wash coriander and dab dry. Chop the leaves into small cubes and add to the soup. Season to taste with soy sauce, pepper and possibly some lime juice
