  • 1 Mango (approx. 350 g)
  • 150 g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel of 1/2 lime

Directions

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and chop it into small pieces. Puree the mango with yoghurt, lime juice and sugar. Put ice cubes in a glass, pour in smoothie. Serve sprinkled with lime zest.
