Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 10 g Yeast
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 400 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar (approx. 175 g) Spring onions
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small red peppers
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) small mango
  • 8 King prawns (about 20 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 4 discs smoked turkey breast (à approx. 30 g)
  • 4-8 pickled peppers
  • 80 g grated gouda cheese
  • 10 g Coconut flake
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

  1. 1

Dissolve yeast and sugar in 100 ml of lukewarm water. Put the flour in a bowl, make a depression in the middle and add the dissolved yeast. Mix with some flour and let it rise covered in a warm place for about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

Add 200 ml of lukewarm water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough and let it rise again for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and peppers and cut them into large pieces.

  3. 3

Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and dice. Shrimps, except for the tail ends, from the shell and remove the black intestine. Wash the shrimps and dab them dry. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

Roll out the dough round on a floured work surface and place it in a pizza mould (approx. 30 cm Ø). Spread with crème fraîche and season with salt. Cut turkey breast into strips and spread on the pizza with spring onions, bell peppers, mango, prawns and pepperoni.

  5. 5

Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza and bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle grated coconut over the pizza about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Arrange the pizza on a plate and serve.
