Ingredients

  • 125 g Leeks (leek)
  • 125 g Carrots
  • 125 g Bean sprouts
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 250 g Chicken filet
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (230 g) Bag basic mix for pizza dough
  • 100 ml Asia Chilli Sauce
  • 80 g grated pizza cheese
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chillies and coriander green

Directions

    Clean and wash the leek and carrots and cut them into fine sticks. Wash the sprouts and let them drain. Wash and seed the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Wash chicken meat, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat while turning. Add vegetables and sprouts, fry briefly and steam with soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of water for about 1 minute. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.

    Leave to cool. For the pizza dough put the basic mixture into a bowl, add 1/8 litre of lukewarm water and knead well with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Quarter the dough and roll out 4 round flat cakes (16-17 cm Ø). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread with Asia Chili sauce. Spread chicken pan on top and sprinkle with chilli rings and pizza cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3-4) for 20-30 minutes. Serve garnished with chilli and coriander green to taste
